FAQ0013 As there is no pressure relief valve for aluminum electrolytic capacitors ø8 or less, do electrolyte leakage occur when the internal pressure increases caused by failures?

Answer

When the internal pressure increases of aluminum electrolytic capacitors ø8 or less, the air-tightness of the sealing rubber portion is damaged, and electrolyte gas is released from the sealing rubber side.
