Infrared image can be detected using two-dimensional Infrared Array Sensor of high sensitivity,and the area temperature distribution can be output by operation IC inside sensor.
Thermopile using MEMS technology can detect the infrared image 10times/second, which makes possible sudden temperature change detection in real time.
