- Tabulating and analyzing questionnaires

- Course participant registration and managing training history
- Giving information to training and seminar course participants
- Collecting fees from course participants
- Negotiating business deals and holding meetings with customers, and related contact
- Managing bookings and visit history for visitors touring the Company's facilities or equipment
- Providing information to business partners in charge of dealing with customers, and related contact
- Implementing operations commissioned by business partners
(1) The Company does not provide personal information to any third parties, except in the following cases.
- When the individual in question has given consent
- When based on laws or regulations
- When necessary to protect human life, body, or property and the consent of the individual is difficult to obtain
- When entrusting the handling of personal information, in whole or in part, to another party to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use
- When providing personal information following handover of business due to merger or similar reasons
- When a national agency or local public organization or other party commissioned by such an agency or organization requires cooperation in carrying out its activities based upon law, and it is likely that obtaining the consent of the individual will present an obstacle
(2) The Company may use personal information jointly with its group-affiliated companiesand its various agencies to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In such cases, the Company holds itself responsible for managing the personal information.
