The ZNR surge absorber can be used repeatedly. The performance of the ZNR surge absorber against repetitive electric surges is specified in an impulse-applied lifetime characteristics chart on the ZNR series products datasheet. The impulse-applied lifetime characteristics chart specifies the duration of wave tail of a surge current, the peak value of a surge current, and an allowable number of times of surge application.
