Components effective against electromagnetic wave noise as well as electrostatic discharge of signal lines of mobile phones etc. have been required to be more compact, more effective for suppressing noise as well as to improve quality of transmission signal waves. To meet the market demand, Panasonic Electronic Devices Co., Ltd. has developed the chip-type EMI/ESD filter effective against both electromagnetic wave noise and electrostatic discharge with a single compact component (0805 size: (L) 2.0 mm(W) 1.25 mm
(H) 0.65 mm), first in the industry.
EMI filter (4-circuits) and varistors (4-elements) are built in a 0805-sized package.
Cut-off frequency
EZJL217001: 170 MHZ to 6 GHz
EZJL228001: 280 MHz to 6 GHz
Signal pulse: 25 MHz (Typ.)
Static electricity voltage: 8 kV
