Because Panasonic PC Disc-Drives are included with the purchase of your new computer, your computer manufacturer provides support for this product to you.
Only in case of bankruptcy of your computer distributor or manufacturer you shall contact Panasonic / Service Center "FRS Europe" directly.
If you bought the drive from another vendor (for example: from a distributor)
Please contact the vendor from whom you bought your Panasonic Disc-Drive.
He shall contact Panasonic / Service Center "FRS Europe" regarding repair.

Before you send a defect drive to FRS, please go to the above link or send an E-mail to check
for warranty status and/or the out of warranty repair-cost. Please understand that FRS will
charge money for the repair of products, which are already out of warranty and that FRS can only
handle products which were sent to FRS with a valid RMA-Number.
