The confirmation of the terms of service (referred to below as the "Terms of Service") of the website of Panasonic Industrial (China) Co., Ltd. (referred to below as the "Website") and acceptance of electronic service on the Website and their ownership and operating right reside with Panasonic Industrial (China) Co., Ltd. (referred to below as "Panasonic Industrial (China) "). The Website will provide service subject to its published terms and regulations. If activities of user violated the agreement above, the Website will at its own independent judgment immediately cancel the service account of said registered user. If users spread and transfer reactionary, pornographic or other information that violate national laws, the system record of the Website may be used against the user as evidence of law violation.

7. Guarantee User agrees to protect and maintain the interest of all members of the Website, as well as solely responsible for attorney fees caused by using network service beyond the service scope, and compensation expense for violation of the Terms of Service.

8. Modification and limitation of liability of the Terms of Service The Website retains its right to modify the Terms of Service without notifying the users.
